I coloured this time with copic markers, and even though you can't quite see, those heart balloons I have used by Clear Wink of Stella brush on them to give them plenty of sparkle!
Also used my white gel pen for some highlighting.
I added a double bow and candy dot to give a sweet feel to it and stamped off a script stamp to add some balance and take away a bit of the whiteness.
Now you could use this tag for Valentines of course, but it would also be nice for an Anniversary or Wedding gift too!
